How to change the primary domain in cPanel account?

cPanel does not recommend and does not provide support or tools for changing the primary domain in cPanel. In fact, the primary domain is merely the name with which the cPanel account was created and does not affect in any way the other domains on the same cPanel account.

If you still wish to change the primary domain, please follow these steps:

1. Create a backup copy of your website and download it to your computer.
2. Contact the technical team and request the deletion of the current hosting package, followed by the creation of a new package with the domain you intend to use.
3. Once you have received confirmation that the hosting package has been reset, you can upload the website archive to your cPanel account.
