Nothing else is added later: the IPv4 address, unlimited traffic and basic DDoS protection are included. Extra traffic, a second IPv4 address or backups are chosen when you configure the VPS, and the Windows license is optional.

VPS vs RDP: what is the difference?
RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) is the way you connect to a Windows computer remotely. A VPS is the server itself. When people buy an “RDP”, they usually get a Windows VPS they reach over RDP, often shared with other users. With a Windows VPS from InnovaHosting the whole virtual server is yours: full administrator rights, resources that are not shared with other users, and the freedom to install any software.
